We want you to be fully satisfied with your VOX gear; if your amplifier or accessory doesn't meet your sonic expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and cables included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or contact our support team directly.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to VOX

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
